An application Fee of $55 per athlete +5% VAT must be submitted alongside the athletes application form.

Application Fee is non Refundable or Transferable.

Your Application does not guarantee you automatic entry to the 2022 DPC.

On the day of the event the Athlete must be 18 years old (unless he/she is in the Junior Category)

On the day of the event the Athlete must have an ID document present (Passport, Resident Card, ID card Etc) and his/her own travel and health Insurance to cover any personal incidents.

The Dubai Pole Cup does not take any responsibility or liability for any accidental injuries, loss of any personal belongings and damage to property.

The Dubai Pole Cup will not be liable to any expenses incurred by the Athletes participation in the competition unless formally notified.

The Athlete must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or take/use any substance that may change their mind consciousness.

The Dubai Pole Cup reserves the right to prohibit any athlete from competing who is not in a physically fit condition.

The Dubai Pole Cup reserves the right to disqualify any athlete who does not comply with their categorical requirements or is seen to be over skilled for their set category.

Any aberration of the rules will result to an immediate disqualification. If an Athlete fails to comply with any of the Dubai Pole Cup's Rules and Regulations and Terms and Conditions the Dubai Pole Cup reserves the right to disqualify the athlete.
Pre-Submission Video

Your video must be of a continuous clip, no cropping changing music or pausing between your routine.

Routines must show usage of both Static and Spinning pole.

Your video must be clear, recorded live and show you perform at all times.

Videos must be submitted via Youtube

Your video should be titled with DPC2022, Your Category and Full Name, the link should be emailed to mel@dubaipolecup.com by the 25th of December 2021.

Amateur submission videos should be no longer than 3.5 minutes

Semi Professional submission videos should not be longer than 3.5 minutes

Professional submission videos should not be longer than 4.5 minutes

Doubles submission videos should not be longer than 4.5 minutes

Juniors submission videos should not be longer than 3.5 minutes

Note - You must ensure that your submission video portrays your abilities to your fullest extent.
Costume and Performance Regulations

Topless, minimal underwear, or any erotic lingerie is forbidden and the athlete will be disqualified.

High heeled shoes are forbidden however sports shoes, gymnastics footwear and dance shoes are allowed.

During the performance you are not allowed to take off any of your clothes. However taking parts of your costume such as a coat, mask, jacket, skirt is allowed if the contestant remains properly dressed underneath. Any kind of nudity showing breast or intimate body parts will immediately disqualify the contestant.

Clothing must not display any logos or other forms of advertising.

Latex isn’t allowed to be used in the costume.

No gloves or boots allowed
Organizers Rights
Organizers have the right to:
• To record the championship and have all the rights to distribute the material.
• To eliminate videos or photographs which are not suitable as a material.
• The organizers reserve right to change rules & regulations of the competition at any time.
• The Organizer reserve the right to grant special prizes as they see it fit.
